I’m so pleased to be invited to perform for  ‘s birthday party! Please take a moment to look over the information below to verify that it is correct. I will arrive 10-15 minutes prior to time of performance to set up my equipment. It will be helpful to have a convenient parking space so that I can unload quickly. Videotaping and/or taking pictures of the performance is highly encouraged, as long as it is not used for commercial purposes.

Its best if the party begins at 30 minutes prior to show start time so that all the guests have arrived in time to enjoy the show. DUE TO MY HEAVY PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE THE PROGRAM MUST BEGIN PROMPTLY AT THE AGREED UPON TIME.
